Our videoconferencing suites provide high-definition equipment available

Our normal business hours are 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Monday through Friday, or other times by appointment. Video conferencing is available on a per-hour basis at $225 per hour after a $25 appointment fee. All reservations must be pre-paid with a major credit card and may be canceled within 24 hours while only forfeiting the $25 appointment fee. Cancellations not made in less than 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the entire appointment time as scheduled. In addition, our office staff can assist with arrangements for refreshments and beverages from local providers, at cost. Baltimore: 217 E. Redwood Street is within two blocks of the Inner Harbor and is accessible from Calvert Street (as a cross street) conveniently located across the street from the Hampton Inn (Redwood St) and the Marriott Residence Inn (Light Street).
